Agreement to our legal terms

We accept Mastercard and Visa. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Sales tax will be added as required. All payments are in Pound Sterling. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even if payment has been requested or received.

6. Subscriptions

Your subscription continues and automatically renews unless canceled. You consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring prior approval for each charge, until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term. The Parties agree to first attempt informal dispute negotiation for at least 30 days before arbitration. Any dispute arising from these Legal Terms shall be determined by one arbitrator under the Arbitration and Internal Rules of the European Court of Arbitration. The seat of arbitration shall be London, United Kingdom, with proceedings in English and substantive law of the United Kingdom.

The Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. You agree that your Services use will be at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

15. Limitations of liability
