Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be in the same condition you received them: unopened, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, contact support@natralworld.com. We will provide return shipping labels for accepted items. Unsolicited returns are not accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate and make it right.

Exchanges

Rather than direct exchanges, please return the original item first, then place a separate new order once the return is approved.

EU 14-day cooling-off period

Customers in the European Union have an extended 14-day cancellation right for any reason and without justification, subject to the same condition requirements as standard returns.

Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, we'll automatically issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banking processing may add additional time. If your refund hasn't arrived after 15 business days, email support@natralworld.com.
